Hockey World Cup 2023

Hockey India is the national governing body for the sport of field hockey in India. It was established in 2010 and is responsible for the development, promotion, and administration of field hockey in the country. Hockey India organizes national level tournaments, including the Hockey India League, as well as international tournaments such as the Men's Hockey World Cup and the Women's Hockey World Cup. It is affiliated with the International Hockey Federation (FIH) and the Asian Hockey Federation (AHF).

The Men's Hockey World Cup is an international field hockey tournament held every four years. The next edition of the tournament, the 2023 Men's Hockey World Cup, is scheduled to be held in Bhubaneswar, India from January 13 to 29, 2023. The tournament will feature 16 teams from around the world, who will compete for the prestigious title of world champion. The tournament is organized by the International Hockey Federation (FIH) in conjunction with Hockey India. The current champion is Belgium, who won the title at the 2019 Men's Hockey World Cup in Bhubaneswar.
